Attorney Andrew D. Sonnek is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky and represents clients in the areas of Consumer Debt Collection, Commercial Debt Collection, Government Collections, Creditors’ Rights, Contract Development & Negotiations, Debt Portfolio Analysis, Business Law & Compliance, and Civil Litigation.
Mr. Sonnek graduated from Hamline University School of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) after receiving his B.A. in Strategic Communication from Miami University (Oxford, OH). Mr. Sonnek works with large and small businesses, governmental entities, loan originators, auto finance companies, financial institutions, and debt buyers/assignees in various types of collections and creditors’ rights matters, including creditor representation in bankruptcy court. Mr. Sonnek has been providing clients with efficient and business-minded creditors’ rights representation for over eleven years and brings this unique experience to each matter he handles.

Greg A. Goldblatt

Attorney Greg A. Goldblatt is licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana and represents clients in the areas of Creditors’ Rights, Debt Collection, Landlord Tenant Law, and Civil Litigation.
Mr. Goldblatt graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Law (OH) after obtaining his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University (GA). Mr. Goldblatt joined Sonnek & Goldblatt, Ltd. as a Partner in July 2011 after positions as an associate attorney with Reisenfeld & Associates and Slovin & Associates. In his previous positions, Mr. Goldblatt’s practice focused primarily on areas of Creditors’ Rights and Civil Litigation. Mr. Goldblatt currently serves as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General.

Mr. Hirschauer graduated from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law (KY) after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in both Psychology and Criminal Justice from Wilmington College (OH). Mr. Hirschauer joined Sonnek & Goldblatt, Ltd. as an Associate Attorney in August 2017 after a previous position at a Columbus, OH firm where he worked extensively on auto deficiency legal collections.

Mr. Crane graduated from Wittenberg University (Springfield, OH) with a B.A. in Political Science and obtained his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Indiana.
