Andrew D. Sonnek

Co-Managing Partner/Attorney

Attorney Andrew D. Sonnek is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky and represents clients in the areas of Consumer Debt Collection, Commercial Debt Collection, Government Collections, Creditors’ Rights, Contract Drafting & Development, Debt Portfolio Analysis, Business Advisory Services, Creditor-Related Compliance, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Sonnek graduated from Hamline University School of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) after receiving his B.A. in Strategic Communication from Miami University (Oxford, OH). Mr. Sonnek works with large and small businesses, governmental entities, loan originators, auto finance companies, medical service providers, financial institutions, and debt buyers/assignees in various types of collections and creditors’ rights matters, including creditor representation in bankruptcy court. Mr. Sonnek has been providing clients with efficient and business-minded creditors’ rights representation for over thirteen years and brings this unique experience to each matter he handles. Greg A. Goldblatt

Co-Managing Partner/Attorney

Attorney Greg A. Goldblatt is licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana and represents clients in the areas of Creditors’ Rights, Debt Collection, Landlord Tenant Law, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Goldblatt graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Law (OH) after obtaining his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University (GA). Mr. Goldblatt joined Sonnek & Goldblatt, Ltd. as a Partner in July 2011 after positions as an associate attorney with Reisenfeld & Associates and Slovin & Associates. In his previous positions, Mr. Goldblatt’s practice focused primarily on areas of Creditors’ Rights and Civil Litigation. Mr. Goldblatt currently serves as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General. Chad A. Hirschauer

Sr. Associate Attorney

Attorney Chad A. Hirschauer is licensed to practice in Ohio and Tennesee and represents clients in the areas of Consumer Debt Collection, Commercial Debt Collection, Government Collections, Creditors’ Rights, Business Law, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Hirschauer graduated from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law (KY) after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in both Psychology and Criminal Justice from Wilmington College (OH). Mr. Hirschauer joined Sonnek & Goldblatt, Ltd. as an Associate Attorney in August 2017 after a previous position at a Columbus, OH firm where he worked extensively on auto deficiency legal collections. Education: Bachelor of Science, Wilmington College, 2013 Psychology & Criminal Justice: Major Juris Doctor, Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Robert L. Hengge

Partner Attorney

Attorney Robert (Bob) L. Hengge is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Ohio, & Indiana. He represents clients in the areas of Consumer Debt Collection, Commercial Debt Collection, Government Collections, Creditors’ Rights, Business Law, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Hengge graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law after receiving his B.A. in Political Science from Murray State University. Mr. Hengge joined Sonnek & Goldblatt, Ltd. in 2022 as a Sr. Associate Attorney and was promoted to Partner in May of 2024. Education: Bachelor of Arts, Murray State University, 2006 Political Science: Major Legal Studies: Minor Juris Doctor, Salmon P. C. Edward Noe

Of Counsel

Attorney, C. Edward Noe, is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky and represents clients in the areas of Consumer & Commercial Debt Collection, Creditors’ Rights, Business Law & Compliance, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Noe, obtained his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati in 1973, and graduated from the Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1977. Mr. Noe was an associate with the Firm of Thomas & Thomas, from 1977 to 1980. In 1980 Mr. Noe opened his own office C. Edward Noe and Associates which was acquired by Immerman and Tobin in 1989. Mr. Noe worked for Immerman and Tobin until opening his own practice under Noe & MacLeid Co., LPA in September of 1998 and practiced as a sole practitioner until joining Sonnek and Goldblatt, Ltd., in December of 2022. Mr. Noe has extensive trial experience including several criminal murder trials, two of which resulted in acquittals. Mr. Noe has been a lecturer at numerous CLE programs on collections and was an instructor in Business Law at Thomas More College. Mr. Noe is admitted in Ohio and Kentucky and is admitted to practice in the US Supreme Court, US 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Mr. Noe has served as Chairman of the Municipal Court Civil Practice Committee, as a member of the State of Ohio Ethics Committee and the Cincinnati Bar Association Grievance Committee. Education: Bachelor of Arts, University of Cincinnati, 1973 Political Science: Major Juris Doctor, Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, 1977. Associations: Ohio State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, Northern Kentucky Bar Association, Commercial Law League of America, numerous philanthropic organizations. He has received recognition from Newport Central Catholic inducted as a member of the NCC Hall of Fame for being a founder of their Hall of Fame. He has received recognition from Roger Bacon High School Alumni, receiving their Astrolabe Award, in 2021, for dedicated service to the school and to the community at large. It is the highest honor bestowed on an Alumni.
